Sessions decode IQR, OQR, IPFQR, QPP, HVBP, HRRP, HACRP, TEAM, CJR-X, ASM, MSSP, MBQIP, and REH, along with Star Ratings, Leapfrog, and ORYX.

Day 2: Best Practices Day | Wednesday, December 2
This day is built around customer showcases and peer discussion. Topics include results on sepsis, STEMI, and ED throughput, perinatal quality and patient experience work, MVP strategy, ambulatory playbooks, and lessons learned from teams describing what they would do differently.
You leave with: proven tactics from teams who solved the problem you're facing.
Day 3: 2027 Planning Day | Thursday, December 3
This is a working day with structured, hands-on sessions: a three-part eCQM workshop covering specs, self-audit, and IT alignment; a three-part MVP workshop on TINs, measure selection, and scoring; and a three-part reputation workshop that moves from score to action plan. The day also covers benchmarks and the direction of dQM and FHIR.
You leave with: a finished month-by-month 2027 calendar you can execute on January 1.
Across the three days, HERE runs more than 37 sessions, 6 tracks spanning hospital, ambulatory, and hands-on workshops, and 9 dedicated planning workshops.
Every HERE registration also includes access to a pre-recorded session library with additional measure and program deep dives, including eCQMs, HAI, claims and hybrid measures.
The library opens one week before HERE and remains available on demand through February 2027. Attendees can also earn a HERE 2026 Certification by completing assessments across all three conference days, documenting their preparation for the 2027 reporting year.
