Medisolv Approved as a CMS Qualified Clinical Data Registry for 2026

Columbia, MD, January 23, 2026 — Medisolv, Inc., a national leader in healthcare quality data management software, today announced that the Medisolv Clinical Data Registry has received approval from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for the 2026 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) reporting program.

A QCDR is a CMS-approved entity that collects and reports clinical data on behalf of healthcare providers to support participation in MIPS under the Quality Payment Program (QPP). As an approved QCDR, Medisolv is authorized to collect and submit both electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) and clinical quality measures (CQMs), while providing benchmarking on approved measures to help clinicians evaluate and improve performance.

Medisolv has served as a CMS-approved QCDR since 2022, following its prior designation as a Qualified Registry (QR). Through the Medisolv Clinical Data Registry, organizations participating in the QPP can report across a broad range of CMS requirements, including support for 50 eCQMs, 147 MIPS CQMs, five Medicare CQMs, and all available MIPS Value Pathways (MVPs).
