So, to provide a comparison for you, we’ve laid out the measure lists side-by-side so you can identify where the differences lie. We included your eCQMs, Hybrid measures, Abstracted measures, PRO-PMs, and SDOH measures. This downloadable Excel workbook is for 2024 measures.
