Did you know that in 2025, if your hospital is reporting to IQR, OQR, IPFQR, and ORYX alone, you’ve got over 50 separate submission deadlines to keep track of?
Within each program, you’ve got multiple measure types to submit, some of which are quarterly submissions; some are annual. Some of the submissions you complete in 2025 are for the 2024 reporting year and some are for the 2025 reporting year.
The toughest part about all of this is that each program stores and updates their deadlines differently, so pulling it together can be very difficult. And remember, one missed submission, one time could cost your hospital a lot of revenue.
So, I created this deadline calendar because it was hard for me to keep it all straight! This calendar is one of my most popular downloads every year. It contains the submission dates for the CMS hospital IQR, OQR, IPFQR, PI and TJC ORYX® programs. I hope you find this resource helpful.
