53 Medisolv Clients Earn An 'A' Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade

Columbia, MD, May 17, 2018 — Medisolv, Inc., a recognized leader in quality management and reporting, is proud to announce that 53 of its hospital clients received an A grade from The Leapfrog Group for their spring 2018 patient safety performance. Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade publishes patient safety grades annually each spring and fall.

The Leapfrog Group collects hospital patient safety data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Hospital Association’s Annual Survey and Health Information Technology Supplement to help educate the public on the safety of locally and nationally based hospitals. A hospital can earn a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade from A-F based on their overall performance for 27 measures, including Process/Structural and Outcome measures.
