eCQM Benchmark Report & Top Performing Hospital List
For the first time, Medisolv is releasing to the public the top eCQM performers of Q1-Q3 of 2021 along with an exclusive inpatient eCQM benchmark report revealing benchmarks of all 12 eCQMs.
It’s been a decade since the Meaningful Use program began. Since that time, Medisolv has been helping our clients to measure and steadily improve their electronic measure performance.
This year marks the first time that CMS will publicly report the performance rates for all hospitals reporting eCQMs for the Inpatient Quality Reporting program. That data (2021 performance year results) won’t be public until late into this year.
As a quality leader, you know how well your hospital or health system performs on the eCQMs that you collect and send to CMS. What you probably don’t know is if your eCQM scores are high or low relative to hospitals and health systems with the same patient population or clinical service lines.
Medisolv Top Performers
We have two resources for you today. The first resource we have released is our list of Medisolv’s Top eCQM Performers for quarter 1 (Q1) through quarter 3 (Q3) of 2021. For each eCQM we identified the top 10 performing Medisolv clients. If a score was tied, we listed all organizations that achieved a score in the top 10.

eCQM Benchmark Report
The second resource we are releasing today is our exclusive new Inpatient eCQM Benchmark report.
This free e-book gives you the following benchmarks on 12 inpatient eCQMs, based on performance in the first three quarters of 2021:
- Mean score
- Median score
- 1st Quartile score
- 3rd Quartile score
- Maximum score
- Minimum score
Both of these resources were generated by Medisolv’s eCQM benchmarking tools embedded in our award-winning ENCOR quality-improvement software platform, the report gives you those benchmarks for each of the 12 eCQMs for the first three quarters of 2021. The benchmarks are based on the latest data from roughly 200 U.S. hospitals, which represent a sampling of ENCOR users.
