She leads the eCQM Client Services team, focusing on implementing Medisolv’s ENCOR quality management platform across various healthcare settings to enhance performance on over 60 Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs). Notably, Kristen spearheaded the validation of Core Clinical Data Elements for CMS's hybrid measures and led the team that developed eCQM specifications for CMS's Social Drivers of Health measures. Her efforts have led to the adoption of these measures by hundreds of hospitals nationwide, showcasing her pivotal role in advancing digital health quality measurement.
