Medisolv Announces 2024 Available Measures
Columbia, MD, (February 28, 2024) — Medisolv, Inc., a leader in quality management software, is pleased to announce the complete list of measures available within ENCOR, its suite of quality management software, for 2024.
Medisolv is offering 172 measures this year to help healthcare quality leaders implement, measure, and report to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC). The 2024 measures available in Medisolv include:
- 47 Abstracted Hospital Measures
- 24 Hospital eCQMs
- 48 Clinician eCQMs
- 53 Clinician CQMs
This year, Medisolv has introduced several new measures to assist quality leaders in implementing voluntary measures and succeeding in regulatory programs such as the Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR), Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR), and Quality Payment Program (QPP). These new measures include:
eCQMs now available in ENCOR:
- HH-ORAE: Hospital-Harm – Opioid-Related Adverse Events
- HH-PI: Hospital-Harm – Pressure Injury
- HH-KI: Hospital-Harm – Acute Kidney Injury
- GMCS: Global Malnutrition Composite Score
- IP-ExRad: Excessive Radiation Dose or Inadequate Image Quality for Diagnostic Computed Tomography (CT) in Adults (Facility IQR)
- CMS 314: HIV Viral Suppression
- CMS1188: Sexually Transmitted Infection Testing for People with HIV
Process Measures specified as eCQMs and available in ENCOR:
- SDOH-01: Screening for Social Drivers of Health
- SDOH-02: Screen Positive Rate for Social Drivers of Health
Patient-Reported Outcome-Based Performance Measures (PRO-PMs) specified as Abstracted measures and available in ENCOR:
- THA/TKA PRO-PM: Hospital-Level Total Hip Arthroplasty/Total Knee Arthroplasty Patient-Reported Outcome-Based Performance Measure. Data collection for mandatory reporting begins on April 2, 2024.
