2024 PFS Proposed Rule: QPP, APP, MVP Oh My

CMS has released the highly anticipated 2024 PFS Proposed Rule. CMS still plans to sunset CMS Web Interface Reporting by 2025, but they are proposing a new collection type during this transition period.
CMS is doubling down on their commitment to develop two pathways of reporting and sunset the Traditional MIPS reporting.
The two reporting paths are the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Value Pathways (MVPs) and the Alternative Payment Model (APM) Performance Pathway (APP). These paths are more specialized in their measures and require adoption of digital measurement.
